Contact form

If you use our contact form it will send us an email, which we will store in our mailbox (we currently use a service provided by Gmail and may transfer details to Asana). We may keep your email up to 1 year after any work or communication has been completed. We will not see or pass on your details to any third party with out your consent.

If you submit a testimonial we will use what you have said and your name on our website and social media channels. If you wish to remove a testimonial at any time, please contact us.

Newsletter Sign up

If you have used our newsletter sign up forms these are provided by MailChimp. On submitting your details you consent to Graphic icing sending you our weekly newsletter and the occasional update email. All details are stored with MailChimp and you are free to opt out at any time using the link in the emails.

Comment box

If you submit a comment on this website via a comment form you consent to Graphic icing displaying your comment and details (name and website link) on the website. This website will also store but not display your email address and IP address so future comments can be approved quicker. If you would like to remove a comment please contact us.
